TESDA

It's good to know that there's a program that offers vocational courses. I, for one, appreciate that the government caters the need of the less fortunate (although vocational courses are for everybody). TESDA courses, without a doubt, helped a lot of people already, especially those who are eager to study yet don't have the capability to pass a four-year course. Kudos, TESDA!
